Direction of temperature load

Hi,

Having som truble with temperature loads and moving loads:

  1. Is there any way of setting the direction when applying a surface temperature load. While the “deconstruct” component provides the load direction, it appears that there is no way to choose the direction during the “construction” of a surface temperature load. This feature would prove helpful, especially in cases where the temperature varies on each side of a plate.

Direction will always be the normal of the surface.
Are you trying to understand which side is top and bottom?

Thanks for the quick response!
I understand, but i have also tried flipping the surfaces, such that the normal points the other way, this does not however seem to change anything in the FEM-Model.

Yes, I guess that is what I need, to know what is considered to be top and bottom :slight_smile:
