Extract converted loads

Hello!

I am working with a model with a great amount of covers with applied surface loads (wind). Because of the many covers, as well as load cases, the model takes ages to run. I would very much like to extract the converted loads from the model (from the results) to be able to convert them to line loads. I find that converted loads is not supported to extract as a result in the API yet, if this could be implemented I would be very glad

I have created a ticket in our development system and we will work on the feature this month

"Cover converted load" result in the API

Meanwhile, you can get the results as a “text file” that you can post-process doing some .csv manipulation such as splitting text by “/t” or by “,”

Hi @SCHR_ARTELIA! We haven’t implemented the converted load results into the API yet. For missing result types you can use the FemDesignConnection.GetResultsFromBsc() method. (link to the method) The input parameters are the file paths of the .bsc and the .csv files. First you will need to manually create a batch file using the FEM-Design GUI.
